As a big Food Channel and Iron Chef America fan, I was delighted to hear about the upcoming Super Chef Battle which will air on January 3, 2010. This promo features White House Executive Chef, Cristeta Comerford who is the first Filipino-American (Mark Dacascos who portrays the Chairman is Filipino-American) correction: first Filipino chef to ever appear on the show and it’s about time!  Just watching this trailer makes me curious to see what the Fil-Am chef has in store for the judges, maybe some classic Pinoy cuisines?
