This news caught my attention because Pinays here in the states are usually known for singing hip hop and R&B songs but for Fil-Am Apryle Dalmacio, she’s rockin’ the music scene with her guitar. Apryle was awarded the Best Country and Female Artist Awards at the 5th Annual Inland Empire Music Awards which has held in Riverside, California last June. What’s more surprising about this talented Pinay is that she is a self taught singer/songwriter who has been playing the guitar since the age of eight after her mother gave her a guitar as a present. Now in her early twenties and a recent graduate of California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB), Apryle is currently working on her Debut Album “On the Other Side” with Indepth Music.
